On arrival Andrew was SO so helpful!! He was fast. He was courteous and just generally respectful and friendly. During my travels I stayed at a holiday inn for 2 nights at 125.00 per night. Not ONE time did ANYONE offer to take my bags to my room. Andrew did. Wow!!! I did not expect to stay here more than 3 nights. I am moving to the area and thought my apartment would be secured by then. It was not. Consequently, I had to rebook, sometimes after officially checking out and then checking back in. Of course, I asked for my same room and not ONE time was I ever refused. It's hot out here folks and let me tell you...these a/c units are more than sufficient to keep you cool. They even have wall mounted fans. I had 0 issues with internet. The rooms are CLEAN and well cared for by the again friendly staffed housemaids.housemaid. Ozelle was integral in getting me rebooked almost everyday and at the same or better rate than the internet. Demetrius is maintenence and even though I trusted him to go into the room to replace pictures He just wouldn't until I was there. Folks. You cannot go wrong here. These people are friendly, helpful, and just plain decent.

We were pleasantly surprised by the new carpet, improved cleanliness, and even upgrades in the simple breakfast area. Staff was very helpful. The hotel will not win any style points, but is a great basic hotel to stay at for a night or two. Outside area is not as clean as we'd like, but that is not totally unexpected being right next to a truck stop. The hotel appears to be heavily used by work crews for their overnight stays.

It was a very quiet place to stay. Mr. Orzel was AMAZING at the front desk for checking in and telling us about any local places to eat since we arrived late in the evening

Our first room had a water drip in the bathroom, and they got us a new room. Very nice and friendly people. I will see ya again. 😊

location was great for what we needed and the room was in the best place for us to come in and out of the inn.

Convenience to interstate. There were newer fixtures and upgrades were good.

Well kept and easy to find. As it was right by the road there was some noise but not enough to truly darken the experience

The location was excellent and right next to food and fuel and that’s a plus! Quit! Not to mention the service was excellent!
